You reach us directly. No call center, no automated menu. We ask where the tree is, what it’s doing, whether it’s close to the house or the power lines, and when you’d like someone to come out. If you’re in our service area, we’ll tell you that right then. If you’re at the edge of the range or just outside it, we’ll let you know. We’re honest about distance and scope.
We’ll ask a few clarifying questions so we can give you an accurate estimate: Is the tree leaning? Has it been struck by lightning? Is there a storm-damaged limb hanging over your house? Are you thinking about removing it or trimming it back? These details matter, and we want to make sure we’re looking at the right problem when we arrive.
Once we schedule the appointment, we show up on time. We walk your property, look at the tree, talk through what we see, and explain your options in money and work. We might recommend removal if the tree is failing. We might suggest crown reduction if the tree is crowding your roof. We might propose cabling if a tree has codominant stems and included bark but is otherwise sound. We explain the difference between proper pruning and topping, and why it matters for the tree’s health. If it’s a palm, we talk about how palms actually grow and what kind of trimming keeps them from weakening.
We give you a price. If you want to move forward, we schedule the work and get to it. If you want to think about it or get another quote, that’s fine. The estimate is free, and so is the conversation.

Storm Season and Emergency Work
During hurricane season—June through November—we keep crew availability for emergency calls. If a storm knocks down a tree, or a limb hangs over your house and you need it gone now, we handle that.
Storm response depends on the size of the event and how many calls come in. If one tree goes down on your property, we can often get there quickly. If a hurricane affects the whole county, response times stretch. We prioritize safety hazards—limbs over houses, trees leaning toward electrical lines, downed trees blocking driveways. We work as fast as we can. We don’t promise a same-day response every time because that would be a promise we can’t keep, and you deserve honesty more than you deserve hope.
